Mergers: What makes an APAC iGaming asset acquisition-ready?

In live casino and iGaming M&A, the first conversation usually centers on scale. Buyers look at platform depth, studio capacity, distribution, brand recognition, player reach and commercial relationships.
In APAC, however, that is only the opening question. The more difficult issue comes after the commercial review: what is the asset actually allowed to do once the deal closes? A live casino business may have strong technology, good content and valuable relationships. Those strengths lose force if the product cannot lawfully reach the customer, if revenue depends on a fragile market structure, or if the supplier model is vulnerable to a change in policy or enforcement priorities.
