DraftKings has formed a new partnership with Crypto.com to begin offering player-specific sports event contracts for the first time on DraftKings Predictions, covering both the NBA and NFL at the time of writing.
Crypto.com and Derivatives North America serve as a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)-regulated derivatives exchange, and is also expected to support DraftKings Predictions’ launch of new event contract categories, including culture, entertainment and politics.
“We’re continuing to build momentum behind DraftKings Predictions by leveraging our expertise across sports and technology and integrating additional CFTC-regulated exchanges like Crypto.com,” DraftKings Predictions SVP and GM Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto said.
“This collaboration meaningfully expands customer access to trade on sports and a broader range of prediction markets and also reinforces our focus on delivering a more comprehensive and engaging experience as the product continues to evolve.”
The extended offerings from Crypto.com will reportedly work in tandem with the current markets provided on DraftKings Predictions by CME Group, with the prediction markets platform also set to integrate Railbird Exchange “in the coming months.”
DraftKings stated the collaboration “adds breadth” across its sports prediction markets, which currently include event contract trading on soccer, MMA, golf, boxing, tennis and the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
Crypto.com Global Head of Predictions Travis McGhee also spoke on the partnership, having said, “Crypto.com continues to lead the way with innovative collaboration.
“Connecting with DraftKings, a household name in sports, is an important milestone for us because it allows us to not only expand access to prediction markets in sports, but it grows our distribution to prediction markets on cryptocurrencies, financials, companies, politics, culture, entertainment and beyond.
“We are thrilled to work with DraftKings, and we look forward to creating an engaging experience together for customers across the country.”
The announcement comes just days after Crypto.com launched its own independent prediction markets platform, OG, offering bettors event contracts registered under the CFTC.
OG will also provide access to margin prediction contracts through Crypto.com’s federally licensed futures commission merchant, representing the first prediction markets platform to offer margin trading.
DraftKings will begin serving as the wagering provider for ESPN’s PGA Tour Live betcast across 12 marquee events during 2026, doubling the program’s previous coverage from the prior year
