Atucha said: “Kiron has a strong global reputation and a clear long-term vision. I am pleased to support the board and leadership team as they continue to explore and develop opportunities in Latin America.”

In January, AI-focused platform Jurnii appointed industry executive Karolina Pelc as investor and strategic advisor as part of its expansion strategy. The supplier said the move would support commercial positioning, fundraising plans and entry into new markets, highlighting broader use of advisory appointments across the sector.
