Advent Allen Entertainment has acquired a 2.48-acre development site on the Las Vegas Strip that will become the location for Top Gun Vegas.

The project, an entertainment destination based on the Top Gun film franchise, is being developed in partnership with Paramount.

The site sits at 4815 South Las Vegas Boulevard, fronting the Strip and backing into Harry Reid International Airport. It is located north of the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and near the Las Vegas Athletics ballpark currently under construction as well as a proposed site for a future NBA arena.

The development is planned to include the Hard Deck restaurant and bar featured in Top Gun: Maverick alongside attractions, dining, retail and interactive experiences based on the franchise. The companies said the design will draw on hangar architecture referencing the aviation setting of the films.

Mark Advent, Co-Founder of Advent Allen Entertainment and developer of the New York-New York Hotel & Casino, said: "This remarkable site with its direct connection to Harry Reid International Airport and its position on the legendary Las Vegas Strip gives our Hangar 2-inspired architecture an authenticity and energy that simply can't be recreated anywhere else."

Bill Allen, Co-Founder of Advent Allen Entertainment, said: "Securing this site represents an important step in bringing our vision to life. The combination of an extraordinary location, one of the world's most recognized entertainment brands and our collaboration with Paramount provides an exceptional foundation for success."

Josh Silverman, President of Global Products and Experiences at Paramount, said: "The Top Gun films have captivated audiences around the world for nearly four decades and the Advent Allen Entertainment team has found a location in Las Vegas that exemplifies the spirit of the franchise."

The companies said further details, including renderings and development milestones, will be released as the project progresses. Advent Allen Entertainment previously announced a partnership with Simtec Systems to develop a Top Gun-themed thrill ride as part of its broader entertainment portfolio.

The site is also adjacent to the proposed Las Vegas Diamond Arena development, which completed its site assembly in June 2026 through the acquisition of an additional 3.03 acres. The arena has been proposed as the future home of a potential NBA expansion franchise in Las Vegas.
