Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission

The KRGC's primary mission is to ensure that gambling at facilities with state owned casino games and pari-mutuel racetrack gambling is conducted with integrity. As a regulatory agency, our chief mission is to seek compliance. As a law enforcement agency, our charge is to educate the public about illegal gambling and to coordinate state agency and local law enforcement efforts to combat illegal gambling in Kansas.
