The operator received approximately $25m of net proceeds from offering shares of High Roller common stock, prior to deducting fees for the placement agent and offering expenses.
The total handle for 2025 was $5.4bn, while AGR for December 2025 came out to $357.9m, representing an increase of 62.7% from the prior year period.
The figure represents a 10.7% increase from FY2024, primarily driven by 27% growth in the commonwealth’s iGaming activity, which also set a new record high in revenue with $2.8bn.
The new regulatory body will operate under the Permit and Supervision Agency with a ‘clear mandate’ of ensuring a safe gambling market and ‘ruthlessly eliminating’ illegal operators.
The multi-year agreement will look to further develop BetMGM’s presence in Missouri, which recently launched its new regulated online sports betting market on December 1, 2025.
Online slot activity drove $194.6m of revenue and increased 18.5% to lead all gaming types for December 2025, while sports betting revenue grew 287.8% year-over-year to $84.8m.
