LSports ICE preview: Solving the ‘engagement puzzle’

Having made numerous key hires throughout 2025, how will the new appointments help strengthen the LSports leadership team ahead of ICE 2026?  

Look, the industry is full of companies that just throw bodies at a market and hope for the best. That’s not how we work. We’ve spent 2025 hand-picking an elite global team, people who not only understand how to build strong relationships, but also understand the pain points of operators in North America, LatAm and beyond. This is crucial, because a bookie in Brazil has different headaches than one in Asia. But, it isn’t just about being present, we’re looking to actively lead and shape the future of betting in these regions. 

By the time we hit the floor at ICE 2026, our newly strengthened team will be laser-focused on one thing: proving why ARENA360, our newly launched unified intelligence platform, is the only solution that actually moves the needle. We will be demonstrating that we’re not just selling a platform; we’re selling a solution to help our partners take their data to the next level and dominate their specific markets.   

As a sports data provider, what are LSports strategic goals for ICE 2026, and what type of feedback are you hoping to receive from consumers?  

Our goal is straightforward: we’re here to show that the era of fragmented, ‘broken’ workflows is over. We want every operator to see that they can trade smarter, neutralise risks instantly, benchmark themselves against the competition instead of flying blind and actually increase customer engagement levels. 

We’re also excited to launch our Managed Trading Services solution, because we want to be more than a vendor, we want to be the engine. We’ll take the ‘heavy lifting’ off their plates so they can focus on growth. 

As for feedback? I want to hear about the biggest, most annoying operational headaches they have. At LSports, our logic is that there is nothing we can’t fix. We take those pain points, hand them to our dev teams and build the solution before the next show.  

Sports betting collaboration and esports are notable themes of ICE 2026, how does this help represent the growth both markets have witnessed over the past few years?   

The market has realised that the ‘old way’, manual decisions and slow data, is a death sentence. Sportsbooks understand that the volume and complexity of modern betting have reached a level where fragmented tools simply aren’t enough. They need to collaborate to gain the technical edge to deal with this. That’s why our AI vision isn’t some marketing buzzword, it’s a necessity. We’ve built specialised AI agents that turn market information into profit-driving actions in real time.

What can consumers expect from the LSports booth at ICE 2026, and how have you noticed the conference differs at all from its previous events?
