Games Valley has appointed Tereza Melicharkova as Marketing Director
The role covers brand positioning, commercial support and regulated market communications
Appointment follows the additions of Ariel Reem and Robert Dowling to the senior team

Games Valley has appointed Tereza Melicharkova as Marketing Director, adding another senior industry figure to its management team as the aggregation supplier continues to expand across regulated markets.

Melicharkova has held marketing roles with several B2B iGaming suppliers, including Elantil, Glitnor Group, Swintt and Relax Gaming. Her work has focused on brand positioning, supplier communications, event-led marketing and commercial support across casino content and platform businesses.

At Games Valley, her remit will include strengthening the supplier’s external profile, supporting operator and studio-facing communications and shaping the company’s message around aggregation technology.

The appointment comes during a period of increased competition in the aggregation sector, where suppliers are seeking to differentiate through faster integrations, broader content access, reporting tools and market-specific compliance support.

Aggregators have become a central part of online casino operations, particularly for operators entering regulated markets that require localised content portfolios and technical flexibility.

Games Valley said its platform is designed to help operators integrate casino content, access real-time insights and manage performance through a single aggregation layer.

The supplier has also been developing its live casino aggregation offer, a segment that continues to attract operator demand as online casinos look to combine slots, table games and live-dealer products through fewer technical integrations.

Games Valley CEO, Ariel Reem, said: “Games Valley is building something very different in the aggregation space, and Tereza is the perfect person to help us spread the word.”

Melicharkova added: “I’m excited to help shape the brand, tell that story and support the company’s next phase of growth.”

The move also follows broader leadership changes at Games Valley. Reem joined as CEO in September 2025, while Robert Dowling was named Advisory CSO in February 2026 to advise on regulated market expansion, commercial partnerships and platform strategy.
