Dowling joins as Advisory CSO
Focus on regulated market growth and commercial partnerships
Appointment follows wider C-suite restructuring

Games Valley has appointed Robert Dowling as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), as the aggregation supplier strengthens its senior leadership team during a period of planned international expansion.

Dowling brings more than 15 years of experience in the iGaming sector, having previously held senior commercial roles at EveryMatrix, Singular and GlobalBet. His background includes work across aggregation, sportsbook and platform businesses, with a focus on scaling B2B operations in regulated environments.

In his advisory capacity, Dowling will provide strategic guidance on Games Valley’s global commercial direction. This includes supporting entry into new regulated markets, developing partnerships with operators and studios, and advising on the continued evolution of the aggregation platform.

Games Valley CEO Ariel Reem said: “Rob is a highly respected figure in the industry with a deep understanding of aggregation, platform strategy and what operators truly need from their technology partners.”

Reem added: “As we continue to scale Games Valley, Rob’s experience and strategic mindset will be invaluable.”

Dowling said: “Games Valley has built an impressive foundation and the ambition for what comes next is clear. I’m excited to be advising on the company’s long-term strategy, expand the platform’s capabilities and ensure we continue delivering real value for both operators and content partners.”

The appointment forms part of a broader restructuring at Games Valley, with the supplier introducing a revised C-suite structure designed to support product expansion and international growth.

Strategic advisory appointments have become more common across the sector as suppliers prepare for tighter regulatory oversight and intensified competition in newly regulated markets.

Earlier this week, responsible gaming technology firm Betshield named Amilton Noble as Advisory Partner, citing increased compliance expectations in Brazil’s regulated betting market.

Earlier this month, Betshield appointed Amilton Noble as Advisory Partner, reinforcing its governance framework amid heightened judicial scrutiny of operator compliance and responsible gaming monitoring practices in Brazil.
