Simon Ravn has joined Prime Entertainment as its new CEO.

Prime Entertainment offers iGaming solutions and services, and manages the online casino brands Kaahaus, Spinnaus, Kiekka and Tykitys.

On his appointment, Ravn said: “Excited to have joined Prime Entertainment, a very talented organisation that has proven the business model in an impressively short period of time.

“Grateful to Giuseppe Bellomo and the board for the trust, and just a tad humbled to be part of a successful scale-up with such strong traction and support - we are now getting ready together to take on a future of expansion and bold ambitions.

“Sleeves are rolled, we are on a roll and the path ahead is crystal clear - much more to come!”

Prior to joining Prime Entertainment, Ravn was with Evoke for over a decade, first being Country Manager, Denmark for 888holdings in December 2015.

He was promoted several times while at the company, first to Managing Director, Denmark, then Managing Director Nordics, before being made Managing Director in 2025.

He was also with Betsson Group for four years as its Marketing Coordinator then Brand Manager, Denmark.

Ravn commented on this path: “From joining MRG which became William Hill, then somewhat Caesars, then 888 and finally Evoke, it's been wild.

“I've literally evolved my role alongside the company and had the pleasure of managing amazing territories, brands and teams in what seems like non-stop change but probably has been even more like non-stop growth with lots of trust and challenges thrown my way.”

Ravn also commented that his departure from Evoke was decided at a time of “some change and external pressure”, but that “the company holds all the cards for future success.”

Evoke is currently waiting for the Bally's Intralot acquisition offer deadline, which has been extended to 8 June.
