Appointment supports the company’s data-driven and AI-focused strategy

Ana Gaming has appointed Guilherme da Mata Fiorin as its new Sportsbook Superintendent, strengthening the company’s operational and analytical structure.

Fiorin joins the company after building his career in management and risk consulting before spending more than 10 years in Brazil’s vehicle rental sector, where he worked on areas including finance, commercial governance, competitive intelligence and risk-based pricing.

According to Ana Gaming, the executive will support the continued development of the company’s sportsbook operation with a focus on integration, analytics and operational performance.

The company added that the appointment aligns with its strategy of building a more scalable and sustainable operation while balancing growth, profitability and operational intelligence.

“In a short period of time, it became very clear to me that the company is genuinely committed to building a data-driven and AI-first culture internally,” Fiorin said.

“I’m arriving very excited about this new challenge and the business’ growth prospects.”

Ana Gaming operates under Cactus Gaming, one of Brazil’s growing B2B betting and gaming technology groups. The company has increasingly focused on strengthening both its platform offering and internal operational structure following the launch of Brazil’s regulated betting market.

Earlier this month, Cactus Gaming expanded its games portfolio through the addition of new content from Hacksaw Gaming, including titles such as Epic Bullets & Bounty, Le Bunny and Marlin Masters: Atlantis, alongside more than 100 games from the supplier.

Cactus said that portfolio diversification remains an important differentiator for operators competing in regulated markets where engagement and retention are becoming increasingly strategic.

The group has also been investing internally in innovation and corporate culture initiatives, such as an internal project called “Shark Ana Gaming,” inspired by Shark Tank
