Konami Gaming has integrated its Synkros casino management system across all 29 Carnival Cruise Line ships, operated by Carnival Corporation, granting guests access to personalized rewards, offers, bonuses and cashless wagering.
According to the supplier, Carnival Corporation represents the world’s largest cruise organization, and builds off Konami’s first cruise line collaboration with Holland America Line.
“Carnival Corporation continues to innovate the guest experience in every detail of the journey, demonstrated in exciting new ways across the combined 40 onboard casinos of Carnival Cruise Line and Holland America Line now live with top Synkros technology,” Konami President & COO Tom Jingoli said.
“Konami is committed to serving Carnival Corporation’s existing Synkros install base with trust and reliability, while partnering collaboratively through ongoing expansion fleetwide.”
Carnival Corporation also confirmed plans to undergo an “enterprise-wide” rollout of Konami’s Synkros casino management system, which has been known internally by the cruise line organization as Surf, or “serving up rewards and fun.”

Happy Valley Casino, the newest Category 4 casino project approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, also selected the Synkros casino management system to support its property-wide operations during December 2025.
The venue will feature 600 slot machines, 30 live table games, multiple dining options and additionally roll out Konami's Konetic mobile application to streamline internal processes such as service dispatch and floor operations.
Pechanga Resort Casino hosted the global launch of Konami’s Red Fortune Rail slot series on January 13, marking the first public appearance of the title on the Southern California resort’s gaming floor
