Games Valley has appointed Shaun Hart as CFO, the latest in a series of executive hires as the iGaming aggregator builds out its leadership structure ahead of what the company describes as its next growth phase across regulated markets.
Hart brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to the role, with a track record that spans multiple segments of the industry. He most recently served as Finance Director at Bragg Gaming Group, and previously held the position of CFO at Pariplay, a role that carried over into VP of Finance at Aristocrat Interactive after the latter acquired Pariplay.
At his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing Games Valley's financial strategy and supporting its commercial expansion into regulated jurisdictions.
Ariel Reem, CEO at Games Valley, said: "Shaun brings exactly the kind of experience we need as Games Valley enters its next stage of growth. He has worked at some of the most respected companies in the sector and understands what it takes to scale an iGaming business in a structured, sustainable way.
“His appointment is another important step in building a company that can support operators and suppliers at scale across regulated markets."
Shaun Hart, CFO at Games Valley, said: "Games Valley has a clear vision for where aggregation is heading, and I am excited to be joining at such an important moment for the business. What attracted me was the combination of ambitious leadership, innovative technology and a clear focus on long-term value creation. I look forward to helping the business scale efficiently, strengthen its financial operations and support the next phase of its growth."
Hart's hire is part of a broader restructuring of Games Valley's senior team that began in late 2025. Reem joined as CEO in January, followed by Rob Dowling as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer in February and Tereza Melicharkova as Marketing Director in May.
Melicharkova previously held marketing leadership roles at Relax Gaming, Swintt, Glitnor Group and Elantil. The assembled team reflects Games Valley's stated priority of building infrastructure capable of scaling supplier and operator relationships across regulated markets, alongside the development of data-driven tools aimed at improving operator performance.
Earlier this month, Games Valley partnered with Imagine Live to add live dealer content to its aggregation platform
