Aristocrat Interactive has partnered with Loto-Québec to integrate the supplier’s portfolio of online titles and help “complete its presence” across all regulated lottery markets in Canada and North America. 

Aristocrat Interactive GM of iLottery Chris Shaban reiterated the partnership’s significance, having said, "Completing our presence in Canadian lotteries with Loto-Québec is an important step for Aristocrat Interactive. 

"As the exclusive operator in one of Canada's largest provinces, Loto-Québec offers us a unique opportunity to offer our premium content and aggregation capabilities to players across the province. We are pleased to support their digital roadmap with our extensive portfolio of proven titles and innovative experiences."

Loto-Québec serves as the exclusive legal operator for games of chance in the province and will leverage Aristocrat Interactive's Fusion aggregation platform as part of the collaboration.

Aristocrat Interactive’s Fusion platform will also allow for the integration of third-party content on Loto-Québec.

The first Aristocrat Interactive games launched on Loto-Québec at the end of June, while content from the supplier’s NeoGames Studio will debut in late 2026 to “further diversify the range” of online titles available to players. 

At the start of July, Aristocrat Interactive appointed former Light & Wonder executive Daniel O’Donoghue as the supplier’s new COO, where he will help execute long-term strategy and develop new growth potential. 

O’Donoghue previously served as COO of Light & Wonder’s iGaming business for just over three years, having originally joined the supplier as VP of iGaming Transformation in February 2022.

Prior to joining the industry, O’Donoghue worked with global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal in a Senior Director of Corporate Transformation Services role, and spent nearly 12 years with Accenture in various managerial positions.
