Resorts World New York City (NYC) has expanded its casino floor space to the newly renovated first floor, adding more than 1,400 slot machines to its portfolio of electronic table games (ETGs) and live dealer offerings.

In April 2026, the operator debuted New York City’s first casino with live table games, featuring a ribbon-cutting and ceremonial throw of the dice as part of an opening celebration with musical artist Nas.

On its newly renovated third floor, Resorts World NYC added 1,250 new jobs and 950 table-game dealers, with numbers growing to over 2,700 workers by the summer.

“We are proud to be creating more than a thousand new jobs while taking a major step forward for this property. This is a transformational moment for Resorts World New York City, and we cannot wait to share it with our fellow New Yorkers,” Genting Americas East President Robert De Salvio said at the time of launch.

In Las Vegas, Resorts World formed a new partnership with Ordr Technologies to help unify payments processing across transaction stacks, POS, fees, consumer protection and guest intelligence.

The AI payments integration went live at Zouk Nightclub and Ayu Dayclub within Resorts World Las Vegas, as both represent “high-velocity transaction environments.”

The automated payments integration will look to provide transaction visibility and real-time guest intelligence to Resorts World Las Vegas, as well as frictionless experiences for its clientele.

Ordr Technologies also confirmed plans to launch its intelligence suite later in 2026, expanding capabilities to include real-time venue analytics and consumer intelligence.
