Galaxy Gaming has released preliminary financial results for the second quarter of 2026, forecasting record recurring revenue and continued growth across its business, despite the recent collapse of its planned acquisition by Evolution.
The supplier expects consolidated revenue of between $7.8m and $7.9m for the three months ended 30 June 2026, compared with $7.5m in the same period last year and $7.7m in the first quarter of 2026.
Net income is projected to reach between $0.9m and $1.0m, broadly in line with the $1.0m reported in the second quarter of 2025, while adjusted EBITDA is expected to increase to between $3.3m and $3.4m from $3.2m a year earlier.
Commenting on the results, CEO Matt Reback stated: "We're pleased to see our recurring revenue trending toward what we expect to be another record quarter, up approximately 8% year over year, with momentum across both our Digital and Core businesses underscoring the strength and durability of our products, relationships, team members and our recurring revenue business model.
"Our continued growth reflects the successful execution of our strategic initiatives, deepening customer relationships, and the increasing value our innovative gaming content and technology bring to operators worldwide, both online and land-based.
"We remain focused on driving sustainable, profitable growth and creating long-term value for our shareholders."
The update comes one day after Evolution confirmed it had terminated its proposed acquisition of Galaxy Gaming, ending a transaction first announced in 2024 after a two-year regulatory approval process.
Under the merger agreement, Evolution is expected to pay Galaxy Gaming a termination fee of $5.23m, while both companies have stated they intend to maintain their existing commercial relationship.
The company also recently appointed Anand Singh, a nearly two-decade veteran of Light & Wonder, as its new CTO, as it continues to focus on product expansion and growth independent of the now-abandoned merger.
Galaxy emphasised that the latest financial figures remain preliminary and unaudited, with the results subject to customary quarter-end reviews and approval processes. The company expects to publish its full second-quarter financial results on or around 7 August 2026.
