Affiliate Gambling.com has announced a full rebrand of the business, which will henceforth be known as Grandstand.
The decision is intended to align the business with its sports and gaming operations via its portfolio of differing solutions across sports data, advertising, audience monetization and entertainment. Moving forward, the affiliate’s shares will be traded via the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol ‘GRSD.’
The group experienced a varied end to the full-year 2025 period, partnering with FanDuel to make its official entrance to the Missouri state market before posting a record FY revenue figure of $165.4m, up 30% in comparison to results from 2024, despite experiencing overall losses amounting to $27.2m.
Commenting on this latest development, Grandstand CEO Kevin McCrystle stated: “Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”
Indeed, it has been a pivotal 2026 so far for Grandstand, with this rebrand following the formal appointment of McCrystle in March of this year. The former COO and Co-Founder also succeeded his fellow Co-Founder and former CEO Charles Gillespie – who moved into the position of Executive Chairman of the Board.
Following this in May, the company announced that it would be cutting its workforce by 25% after reporting a $1.2m net loss for the first quarter of the year. Net revenue also fell 0.5% in comparison to Q1 2025, settling at $40.4m.
In 2024, Grandstand (Gambling.com) announced it would be acquiring OddsJam from OpticOdds for $160m
