The New York State Gaming Commission has reported the state’s total mobile sports betting activity for July 2026, as operators generated $214.4m of gross gaming revenue (GGR), representing an increase of 37.8%.
FanDuel led all operators with $86.2m of revenue and increased 40.4%, while DraftKings produced $72.9m and rose 39%. Fanatics Sportsbook followed the two sports betting goliaths with nearly 21.2m of GGR for July, equating to growth of 51.7%.
BetMGM and Caesars Sportsbook generated $15.6m and $11.4m of online sports betting revenue in New York during the monthly period, respectively, representing increases of 55.9% and 17.6%.
Rush Street Interactive managed to account for just over $3.5m of mobile GGR in New York, having increased 5% year-over-year. Revenue from theScore Bet totaled $2.5m for July and decreased 57.3%, while Bally Bet generated $1.2m of mobile GGR and grew 36%.

How has the state's sports betting handle changed since January?
Along with the increase in GGR for July, New York’s total online sports betting handle increased 34% to nearly $1.9bn, although the figure also represents the lowest handle recorded since the prior year period.
For the first time since July 2025, New York mobile bettors failed to produce a total handle over $2bn, which could be a factor of the softer sports season even while the 2026 FIFA World Cup was ongoing during the current year period.
Month-over-month, New York’s online sports betting handle decreased 16.7%, and may continue to see such results through August before the NFL regular season begins on September 9.
On July 31, New York Governor Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James announced that the state is suing Kalshi for operating illegal gambling activities.
The lawsuit asks the court to order Kalshi to forfeit all alleged illegal profits, provide restitution to affected consumers and pay civil penalties equal to three times the gains the operator earned through its unlawful conduct.
