Grandstand – formerly Gambling.com Group – has unveiled its financial results for the second quarter and first-half of 2026, witnessing decreases in net revenue and adjusted EBITDA for both periods.
Net revenue for Q2 fell by 5% to $37.8m, while adjusted EBITDA decreased 44% for a total of $7.7m. Grandstand was able to improve net loss by 66% during the quarter, however, totaling $4.6m.
Grandstand generated just over $31.8m of gross profit for Q2, representing a decrease of 14% year-over-year. Operating expenses remained stagnant at $29.8m, while marketing revenue accounted for $26.5m of the total but decreased 10%.
Data revenue produced $11.2m of revenue and grew 12%, while revenue from North America operations rose 38% for Q2 to $26.3m.
UK & Ireland and other Europe revenue fell 42% and 46%, respectively, to $6.4m and $3.6m, while revenue from the rest of the world totaled $1.5m and decreased 48%.

Grandstand’s casino operations accounted for $18.4m of total revenue during Q2 and decreased 22%, while sports produced an additional $17.7m and managed to rise 17% year-over-year.
For the first-half period, net revenue decreased 3% to $78.2m, as adjusted EBITDA for Grandstand decreased 44% as well to $16.7m. Gross profit declined by 12% for a total of $66.2m, while marketing revenue fell 8% to $55.7m.
Date operations drove $22.5m of revenue for Grandstand during H1 and increased 13%, as North America once again showed strong activity following a rise of 32% to $52.8m.
UK & Ireland accounted for $14.2m of revenue but fell 36%, followed by other Europe which produced $7.9m and decreased 37%. Rest of the world operations generated $3.3m of revenue, equating to a decrease of 40%.
Casino revenue decreased 17% to $40m, offsetting a 14% increase in sports revenue to $34.9m, as well as 162% growth in other revenue to $3.3m.
