Mega Casino World becomes an Official Regional Partner of FC Bayern across four Asian regions
Three-season agreement will run until 30 June 2029
Operator already holds Bundesliga International marketing rights in Asia through the 2026/27 season

Mega Casino World has agreed a three-season partnership with FC Bayern Munich, becoming an Official Regional Partner of the Bundesliga club across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and East Asia.

The agreement will run until 30 June 2029 and provides a framework for regional promotions and football-related communications.

FC Bayern maintains an established commercial presence in Asia, with offices in Shanghai and Bangkok alongside representation in Seoul.

The deal expands Mega Casino World’s existing relationship with German football. The iGaming operator first partnered with Bundesliga International in 2023, gaining marketing rights across Asian territories including use of Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 branding, player imagery and regionalised virtual advertising.

That agreement was extended in August 2025 for a further two seasons through 2026/27.

The renewed arrangement retained Mega Casino World as the Bundesliga’s exclusive commercial partner in its category for Asia, with additional digital campaigns, merchandise initiatives and access to tickets for league tours in the region.

Mega Casino World has also previously used European club sponsorships to reach Asian audiences. It became Atlético de Madrid’s regional sponsor across Asia and Latin America for the 2023/24 season.

FC Bayern already has gambling-sector relationships within its commercial portfolio. The club lists Taptap as a regional sports betting partner in Asia, a relationship dating from 2021, while Betano signed a separate partnership with FC Bayern in July 2025.

The addition of Mega Casino World therefore broadens FC Bayern’s portfolio of gambling partnerships across different geographic and commercial categories.

FC Bayern Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, Rouven Kasper, said: “Asia is an important market for the club. For this reason we are very happy to start and develop this regional partnership.”

Kasper added: “The three-year commitment with Mega Casino World will lift our commercial presence throughout Asia.”

The agreement comes as gambling sponsorship remains a route for operators seeking exposure to football audiences, although restrictions on gambling advertising and sports sponsorship differ considerably between jurisdictions across Asia.

In April, Bet da Sorte partnered with Vila Nova Football Club as betting operators continued using club sponsorships and football content to build visibility around the sport.
