Representing the operator’s 18th launch in the US, bet365 has officially introduced its online sportsbook and casino offerings to West Virginia residents, as well as unveiled two open account offers to receive deposit matches and free spins.

Head of Development Trip Stoddard spoke on the new launch’s impact for bet365, having said, “West Virginia represents another important step in bet365’s continued expansion across North America.

“As we grow our presence across the region, our focus remains on bringing customers the quality, depth and functionality that define the bet365 platform. With football season just around the corner, it’s an exciting time to introduce our sportsbook and casino offerings to customers across the state.”

West Virginia customers will gain access to the operator’s sports betting and iCasino features, including early payout offers, daily prize matcher and the recently launched Jackpot365 multi-tier progressive which integrates to any betslip or casino game.

The operator’s introduction to the Mountain State works to continue bet365’s “path of strategic growth” across North America, having most recently extended its reach to Michigan during April 2026.

The launch was also announced prior to the start of the 2026-2027 college football and NFL regular seasons, beginning on August 29 and September 9, respectively.

In April, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) voted 5-0 to reopen the state’s sports betting license application process, following a formal request made by bet365 which expressed interest in obtaining a category three untethered license.

Currently, just DraftKings, FanDuel and Bally Bet possess category three untethered licenses in Massachusetts, although four of the licenses still remain available at the time of writing.

The MGC’s vote was also in favor of posting a Notice of Intent to assess the level of interest from additional operators in potentially conducting business in Massachusetts.
