Key Points
Trivelta has acquired Kerma Games, an iGaming studio known for its celebrity-branded games and partnerships with figures like Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby and Luka Modrić
Kerma will continue to operate under its own brand, with its content remaining available to a wide range of operators and platforms beyond Trivelta’s ecosystem

Trivelta has announced the acquisition of Kerma Games, the iGaming content and live dealer studio. Kerma’s portfolio consists of many celebrity-branded games.

Its roster of ambassadors and IP partners includes high-profile figures such as Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby, and Luka Modrić.

Despite the acquisition, Kerma will continue to operate under its own brand. Kerma’s content will remain accessible to operators and platforms independent of Trivelta’s technology ecosystem.

The acquisition allows Trivelta to integrate these entertainment and talent partnerships into its broader ecosystem. Meanwhile, Kerma gains additional technical resources and broader global reach.

Trivelta CEO Carson Hubbard stated: ‘’For Trivelta, this acquisition is about much more than adding another games studio to our portfolio. We are investing in a brand with a distinctive identity, an ambitious product roadmap, including a 24/7 live casino studio that will bring Kerma's games to life in an entirely new format, and the potential to become one of the most recognisable names in iGaming.

‘’Kerma has already demonstrated what can happen when gaming, entertainment and cultural relevance come together. With Trivelta behind it, we now have the opportunity to accelerate that vision, expand its global reach and take the brand to an entirely new level.’’

COO and Founder of Kerma Games Liam Tassiello added: ‘’ Kerma remains Kerma. The brand, team and creative direction continue, but we can now develop more content, reach significantly more operators and platforms; pursue bigger opportunities across gaming, entertainment and culture.

‘’For our partners, this means the same Kerma they know, but with a much stronger foundation behind it. We’re only getting started.”
