Kerma Games has announced a partnership with Croatian football legend Luka Modrić, who joins the casino game provider as Brand Ambassador and Celebrity IP Partner.

The deal marks the first time Kerma Games has expanded its roster of ambassadors and IP partners beyond music, with the company previously collaborating primarily with high-profile artists such as Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby and Sexyy Red, to include a global sports icon.

Modrić, who has won six UEFA Champions League titles and claimed the Ballon d’Or, has starred in both club and international football.

A Premier League breakthrough at Tottenham Hotspur paved the way for a dream move to Real Madrid. There, he achieved both individual and club results that few in football history can match.

He was also crucial in leading Croatia to the 2018 World Cup final and to third place in the 2022 World Cup.

The partnership follows the confirmation of Modrić’s continued future at AC Milan.

Kerma Games Partnerships Manager Hopper Zappitello stated: "Luka is one of the most respected athletes in the world and someone whose impact extends far beyond football.

"His professionalism, longevity and global appeal make him a natural fit for what we're building at Kerma Games. We're excited to welcome him as a Brand Ambassador and look forward to creating memorable experiences together."

Modrić added: "I'm excited to be joining Kerma Games and becoming part of a project that brings together sport, entertainment and gaming in a fresh and exciting way.’’

Kerma Games develops slots, live casino and crash games. Further details on Modrić-themed gaming experiences, content initiatives and future collaborations are expected to be announced in the coming months.
