Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has appointed Nautice Pham as the property’s new CFO, where he will oversee all financial operations for the Idaho gaming establishment and advise on new growth strategies.

“When I came to the US as a political refugee, I spoke very little English and had no idea where my career would eventually take me. I certainly could not have imagined that decades later I would be serving as the CFO of the Coeur d’Alene Casino,” Pham said.

“I owe much of my career to the mentors who have guided and encouraged me along the way, beginning with teachers who believed in me when I was still learning English and continuing today with the exceptional team around me.

“Their support has shaped who I am as a professional and continues to inspire how I lead and serve. I look forward to making this next chapter of my professional journey the most impactful yet, and to contributing to the continued success and prosperity of the Coeur d’Alene Casino and Tribe.”

Pham originally joined Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel as a Finance Controller in August 2017 and first started his career with Moss Adams as an Audit Senior during 2005.

Pham was originally introduced to Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel when the property was a client of Moss Adams – now Baker Tilly – where he also gained experience in audits and taxes.

“Nautice has excelled throughout his time with us, and we expect more great things from him going forward,” Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel CEO Laura Penney said.

“He has earned the position and will do wonderfully in it as he helps us be the best we can be.”
