Agilysys and Primero Games have completed separate acquisitions targeting casino technology, with the two US-based suppliers expanding their product portfolios through deals involving Gaming Hospitality Solutions (GHS) and Win Systems.
Agilysys has acquired GHS, a casino loyalty and offer-management technology specialist that has worked with the hospitality software supplier as a technology partner. Financial terms were not disclosed.
GHS operates the Leep platform, which manages loyalty offers, tier benefits and promotions across casino resorts, retail locations, gas stations and travel plazas.
The latter operations are particularly relevant to tribal gaming properties, where casino businesses can extend into fuel and convenience retail.
The acquisition expands Agilysys' existing casino technology portfolio, which includes its InfoGenesis point-of-sale system. Its customer base already includes operators such as Caesars Entertainment, Boyd Gaming and Golden Nugget Lake Charles.
It also continues Agilysys' use of acquisitions to broaden the number of hospitality functions available through its software ecosystem. The supplier acquired spa management software provider Book4Time for approximately $150m in 2024, adding technology used across hotels, resorts and casinos.
Agilysys entered the GHS transaction following a fiscal 2027 first quarter in which revenue increased 14.3% year-on-year to $87.7m. Recurring revenue reached $57.7m, representing 65.9% of total revenue.
Separately, Primero Games has acquired the Gaming Division of Win Systems, including its Gold Club electronic roulette operation. Financial terms were also undisclosed.
The transaction adds slot products, electronic roulette equipment and manufacturing capabilities to Primero Games, alongside more than 3,000 installed gaming positions across Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico and Panama. Existing Win Systems Gaming teams and infrastructure will continue supporting customers following the acquisition.
Win Systems entered 2026 with an established Latin American operation. During the year it expanded its casino management system presence in Argentina and maintained commercial activity in Peru, although the acquired Gaming Division centers on its machine, roulette and manufacturing operations.
For Primero Games, the transaction follows its acquisition of a controlling interest in UK-based iGaming supplier Storm Gaming, which expanded its online content and international distribution capabilities.
The two deals come amid wider gaming-sector consolidation. In August, Ilitch Gaming completed its acquisition of the remaining 50% of Ocean Casino Resort after first taking a stake in the Atlantic City property in 2021.
