DraftKings has extended its responsible gambling initiatives by launching new custom ‘cool-off’ options for bettors, as well as a PGA Tour sweepstakes to help motivate engagement with the operator’s player education features.
By utilizing DraftKings’ responsible gambling features, such as My Budget Builder and My Stat Sheet, users will earn the chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip to the WM Phoenix Open in Arizona.
As a result of the new custom ‘cool-off’ capabilities, DraftKings users may now select a timeout length of between three and 364 days, while the operator also launched a new collaboration with Nick Jonas and Kevin Hart as part of its extended RG functions.
“At DraftKings, responsible engagement is embedded in how we operate and is essential to building trust with our customers and our long-term sustainability,” DraftKings Chief Responsible Gaming Officer Lori Kalani said.
“We’ve continued to invest in tools and resources that give customers enhanced access to information about their play and more choices for managing how they engage. From My Budget Builder and My Stat Sheet to player-set limits and new custom cool-offs, we’re continuing to evolve our approach while promoting awareness and use of the tools and resources available to help customers play responsibly.”
Hart and Jonas will pair in a new digital advertising campaign to help promote responsible gambling awareness and resources, having originally launched on September 10 through various online channels.
Also on September 10, DraftKings and Mindway AI expanded their partnership with the launch of Gamalyze American Football, a new self-assessment tool meant to expand player education through immersive “gridiron-themed” responsible gambling experiences.
DraftKings previously launched a nationwide campaign featuring activations for Gamalyze American Football, while the tool builds on the debut of Gamalyze Football (soccer) during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The operator was the first to integrate Gamalyze Football across its responsible gambling interface, and will maintain the same exclusive standing with Gamalyze American Football for the 2026-2027 NFL season.
