Casino de Monte-Carlo - In March 2025, the Casino de Monte-Carlo was awarded the prestigious Green Globe label, an internationally recognised certification of its business sustainability in the tourism sector. The criteria met are very broad and demanding, based not only on physical actions but also on ethical governance. Roulette cylinders, felt table layouts and other Casino of Monte-Carlo equipment are manufactured, repaired and recycled in the casino’s gaming workshop using techniques that have remained unchanged for over 160 years. Moreover, to preserve the art of gaming, the company has its own dealer school.

Flutter Entertainment - Over the past two years, Flutter has stepped up its social responsibility programmes in an attempt to combine community impact and sustained commitment to ensuring a healthy modern industry. Through its Cash4Clubs programme, Flutter has invested nearly £7m into grassroots and community sports since 2008, and this year launched a £500,000 fund to help 250 local clubs with equipment, training and marketing. Meanwhile, the company’s employees also drove positive change elsewhere, with staff efforts to support Pancreatic Cancer UK projected to raise over £375,000.

Betsson Group - Betsson Group strives to deliver social responsibility across the EMEA region with measurable impact. Recently, it issued 225,000+ real-time RG alerts and achieved 90%+ responsible gambling tool adoption, providing effective safeguarding for players at scale. Elsewhere, Betsson’s community engagement initiatives have shone through safer gambling campaigns with leading clubs. The company’s sustainability has also been validated by ISO 26000, ISO 30415, G4 and eCOGRA certifications, plus an AAA ESG rating from MSCI.

Svenska Spel - In 2024, Svenska Spel celebrated a record-breaking 93% in healthy revenues during the year’s final quarter. Last year also represented the 15-year anniversary of Svenska Spel’s Independent Research Council on Gambling Risks and Addictions – with a record number of applications coming in 2025. Svenska Spel’s unwavering commitment to the continuous publishing of CSR reports over the course of many years underlines the company’s desire for continued social, economic and environmental improvements and responsible practices across the board.

Zitro – In 2024, Zitro advanced its sustainability initiatives, achieving measurable results with the ISO 14067:2019 certification for Product Carbon Footprint, which complements its 2021 ISO 14064-1 certification covering Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions. The company reduced non-recyclable waste by 73% at its Getafe and Barcelona facilities compared to 2022 baselines, while expanding ESG training by 1,300 hours to reach 3.12 hours per employee, exceeding their targets. Guided by its Quality and Sustainability policies, Zitro puts great emphasis on environmental responsibility.

Tipico – Last year was a big year for sustainability in the Tipico camp. After securing iCAP accreditation for player protection in early 2024, the operator built on its portfolio of sustainability certifications further during the second quarter of 2025. Indeed, it received official ISO 14001 environmental sustainability certification for enhanced sustainable practices across its German and Malta-based office locations. Most recently, in the summer of 2025, Tipico unveiled tangible ESG, RG and environmental-related progress as part of its latest ESG Report.

FDJ United – In the latter stages of 2025, FDJ reaffirmed its commitments to sustainable practices at European Sustainable Development Week, reaffirming that CSR strategies will remain at the heart of its ambitious 2028 expansion plans. The operator is currently supporting a project to preserve ancient forestland in Southern France, with FDJ’s Purchasing Department having been committed to a regularly reviewed Sustainable Purchasing approach company-wide since 2012. It also runs the annual Sustainable Gambling Conference, which most recently took place in November 2025.

Paf – Towards the conclusion of each year, Paf allows employees to vote on the distribution of an annual €125,000 donation towards good causes – with the main recipients in December 2024 being Ukraine, children and cancer charities. This annual initiative offers employees the chance to engage with the company’s donation drive and was followed by the further introduction of lower mandatory loss limits for all customers in Q1 2025, as part of an enhanced player protection oversight initiative. Elsewhere, the operator continues on its charge towards Net-Zero emissions by 2040.

First deployed with a leading operator in BENELUX, the platform has since expanded across Africa and other global markets, profiling 2.77 million players while enabling operators to meet the highest regulatory standards and redefine player protection across the EMEA region.
