A diverse ecosystem: Digitain to exhibit versatility at ICE 2026

Digitain’s Eastern Europe Head of Sales Hmayak Arakelyan uncovers the company’s key goals for ICE 2026, as well as takeaways from last year and focus points for the year ahead.

With a diverse array of subsidiary brands, how does Digitain plan on showcasing the versatility of its offerings at this year’s ICE? 

For me, Digitain Group’s real strength lies in the flexibility of its ecosystem and how it can be shaped to support different operator goals. At ICE, each brand will show its individual solutions and products, and we will also demonstrate how our products connect and scale as one unified ecosystem. The focus will be on showing how our modular technologies work together to deliver adaptable, future-ready solutions rather than isolated products. 

Each visitor will have the opportunity to explore our full range of offerings through interactive setups. What this means is that they can watch videos, get hands-on demonstrations of each product and see firsthand how our technology adapts to the needs of different markets. 

Our focus this year is on showing partners how the Sportsbook, Centrivo iGaming platform, virtual sports, API-driven tools and engagement features can be tailored to different business models, regions and regulatory environments. Rather than overwhelming visitors with features, we are highlighting practical use cases that reflect real operator needs – from localised trading and compliance tools to scalable multi-market deployments. 

Digitain’s ICE 2025 was a star-studded affair – what can you tell us about any potential guest appearances at this year’s conference? 

ICE 2025, indeed, set a very high bar for us with appearances from football legends such as Iker Casillas, Michael Owen, Michel Salgado, alongside our brand ambassador, Luís Figo. It was also a defining moment for Digitain, as we unveiled our “Built to Lead.” slogan, reinforcing our position as a long-term technology partner and industry leader. 

This year, we’re excited to continue that momentum. Our brand ambassador, Luís Figo, will once again be joining us at ICE, and we’re planning several additional high-profile guest appearances at our stand. While we’re keeping some surprises under wraps for now, more details will be shared very soon – so there’s definitely plenty to look forward to. 

What were Digitain’s key lessons learned from ICE 2025 and how do you hope to build on your showcase at last year’s event in 2026? 

Every major expo we attend is both a checkpoint and a compass for what comes next. ICE 2025 was no exception. It was a clear reminder that the industry doesn’t need more noise – it needs smarter solutions. Operators were very open about the challenges they’re facing, from regulatory pressure to margin compression, and those conversations confirmed our belief that technology must be flexible, scalable and commercially focused.  

For 2026, we’re building on that feedback by doubling down on what we do best; evolving our Sportsbook, Centrivo iGaming platform and API-driven offerings so partners can build exactly what they need, when they need it. Our upcoming ICE showcase will be less about announcing features and more about demonstrating outcomes – how our technology helps operators grow, adapt and stay competitive across Europe, LatAm, Africa and Asia.  

What does the ‘Growing the Power of Play’ tagline mean to Digitain and how do you hope to embody this sentiment throughout the coming year?  

ICE’s ‘Growing the Power of Play’ theme strongly resonates with how we see the industry evolving. For Digitain, play is no longer just about entertainment – it’s a powerful driver of engagement, revenue and long-term growth when it’s backed by the right technology. With more than 20 years of experience, we’ve learned that the real power of play lies in how intelligently it’s built, scaled and adapted to different markets.  

That’s where Digitain’s own philosophy, Built to Lead, comes into play. Throughout the year, we have embodied this sentiment by leading with smarter, more flexible and more scalable solutions that allow our partners to turn play into a true competitive advantage. By continuously enhancing our products and solutions, we help operators grow the power of play in a way that is sustainable, compliant and commercially meaningful across every market they operate in. 

For Digitain, specifically, what key industry area of discussion at this year’s ICE panels do you believe will be the most imperative to your progression through 2026? 

At ICE, our schedule will be heavily focused on meetings, so we may not be able to attend every panel or conference session. That said, the discussions that we do think will be most impactful for our progress are definitely those around responsible gaming, compliance and player protection. These areas align closely with our priorities for 2026, so even if we can’t be at every panel, these topics will definitely be top of mind for us.
