Bally's Corporation has appointed Levy as its exclusive food and beverage partner for the upcoming Bally's Chicago Casino Resort, currently under development in River West.
The Chicago-based hospitality group will oversee the planning, development and operations of all dining venues within the future casino and entertainment complex.
Working alongside Bally's strategic development advisor, Vibrant Development Group, Levy will design a culinary program featuring a range of restaurants and bars in collaboration with local chefs and culinary partners.
Soo Kim, Bally's Chairman, said: "Partnering with Levy is the natural choice as we seek to deliver a food and beverage program as dynamic and diverse as the city itself.
"In collaboration with Vibrant Development Group, we are dedicated to developing a culinary program that honors Chicago's food heritage while enhancing the guest experience through locally inspired hospitality at the new Bally's Chicago Casino Resort."
Andy Lansing, Levy CEO, added: "This is an exciting area of hospitality for us and an incredible way to celebrate our home city's food culture. We're proud to partner with Bally's to help bring this vision to life and look forward to hosting guests at this new entertainment destination."
The Bally's Chicago Casino Resort project will include a 500-room hotel tower, 3,500 slots and table games, a spa, rooftop pool, fitness center, a 3,000-seat theater and public amenities such as a riverwalk and two-acre park.
