Trewelyn has formally taken control of the Casino de Esquel property following a notarial handover that confirmed the transfer of keys and revoked the authority of the previous operators.
The document was drawn up before notary Santiago J. Schön and records the handover carried out by Sebastián Martín Chulia and Hernán Pablo Chulia, who delivered keys to all access points of the building, including primary, secondary and internal areas, without objection or reservations.
The keys were received by Juan Ignacio Regalini, who identified himself in the act as Security Manager of the property and of Trewelyn. Following the handover, Regalini conducted a full walkthrough of the facility, covering the main gaming floor, administrative areas, kitchen and ancillary spaces, and formally assumed material possession of the building as it stood at that moment.
The same notarial document records that Trewelyn resolved the removal of the Chulias' authority over the property and the revocation of the legal power of attorney previously granted to them. The act specifies that the corresponding legal instruments to formalize those decisions will be processed in the days ahead.
All parties involved stated that the procedure was carried out by mutual agreement, with no claims or disputes raised during the process. The notary certified the identities of those present, the effective delivery of the keys and the transfer of possession, leaving a formal record of the change in administrative control of the Esquel gaming facility.
Esquel is a tourism hub in Argentina's Chubut province and one of the few mid-sized Patagonian cities with a dedicated casino facility, making the property's operational continuity a point of local economic interest.
