To All Games has appointed Afonso Dias as CEO of Clube do Bet, promoting him from his previous role as operations director within the group.

Dias has built his career in operational leadership within Brazil’s gaming sector, holding director-level roles across multiple operators. Prior to joining To All Games, he served as operations director at Apostou and spent more than a decade in a similar role at Grupo BestGame Brasil.

He joined Clube do Bet in 2025 as operations director and was later elevated to CEO of To All Games’ lottery operations in 2026, before taking on the top role at the brand.

In his announcement, Dias emphasized compliance and responsible gambling as central pillars of his leadership approach, alongside the company’s role in supporting local economic development.

In the statement, posted on LinkedIn, he said: “I take on the position of CEO of Clube do Bet with great pride. I reaffirm my commitment to providing a public service of responsible gambling, in compliance with rigorous compliance standards.

“Our purpose goes beyond entertainment: we want to contribute in a concrete way to the development of the State of Rio de Janeiro, generating employment, income and opportunities.”

To All Games operates under a license from Loterj, allowing it to run lottery and betting operations across Rio de Janeiro state. The company has also outlined plans to expand beyond its digital platform into physical venues, including sports bar-style locations equipped with video lottery terminals.

The leadership change comes as Clube do Bet positions itself for a new phase of growth, with a focus on scaling its presence across both online and retail channels in the state.
