Philippa Gregory succeeds Marcus Cordes as Operational CEO of Hacksaw Gaming
Nine-month adjusted EBITDA reached €148.6m and statutory profit after tax reached €136.9m
Cordes will develop Hacksaw Markets after a management handover ending on 1 December

Hacksaw AB reported €175m ($195.8m) in revenue for the nine months to 30 September 2026, up 23% year-on-year, alongside a management change at its Hacksaw Gaming subsidiary.

The Swedish gaming supplier appointed Philippa Gregory Operational CEO of the subsidiary. She succeeds Marcus Cordes, who is moving to build the management team for Hacksaw Markets, its B2B prediction markets business.

Gregory and Cordes will work in parallel until 1 December.

The handover follows Hacksaw's 15 October launch of a prediction markets platform designed to let operators offer peer-to-peer contracts through their own brands.

The Malta Gaming Authority extended the group's B2B Critical Gaming Supply licence to cover Type 3 Gaming Services. Cordes was identified as Operational CEO of Hacksaw Gaming in that announcement, making the shift a change of responsibility within the group.

Gregory joined Hacksaw Gaming in April 2022 and has sat on group management since January 2025.

Luke Hammett, Hacksaw Gaming CCO in Malta, is also joining group management after working on the supplier's commercial operations since its early years.

Hacksaw AB Group CEO, Ana Vrabic Verdir, said: "This transition gives both businesses the dedicated leadership and focus needed to support our group strategy."

The financial report showed adjusted EBITDA of €148.6m for the nine-month period, up 24%, and statutory profit after tax of €136.9m, up 36%.

Adjusted operating profit, or EBIT, rose 24% to €144.2m, with the margin unchanged at 82%. Operating cash flow rose 35% to €140.9m.

Revenue for Q3 reached €58.1m, a 12% increase, while adjusted EBITDA was €49.9m and profit after tax was €45.7m. The confirmed revenue and adjusted EBIT figures sit within ranges Hacksaw published on 12 October, when it warned of softer market conditions and weaker game performance.

The supplier signed 74 deals during Q3, including 67 with new clients. It released 19 in-house games and 26 games from partner studios on OpenRGS.

Management said a change in game mix had depressed revenue per game and could continue to affect near-term performance. The group retained its long-term financial targets.

In November 2025, Hacksaw reported 39% Q3 revenue growth, setting the comparison for this year's 12% increase.
