Epic Global Solutions has appointed Chetan Pandya as the organisation’s new Managing Director, where he will work to accelerate global growth strategy and help shape prevention, responsibility and long-term sustainability efforts.
“This is a significant moment for Epic. Chetan brings the experience, leadership and global perspective we need as we continue to grow and evolve,” Epic CEO Paul Buck said.
“Our ambition is clear – to be the trusted partner to the world’s leading organisations in player protection, and this appointment strengthens our ability to deliver on that.”
Prior to joining Epic, Pandya held senior leadership roles with Dazn in a “global, high-growth environment” and served as VP of Strategic Partnerships for Pragmatic Play. Pandya also served in multiple roles with Entain over a 13-year tenure, including as Business Development & Client Delivery Partner.
Speaking on his new position with Epic, Pandya said: “Epic operates in a space that is becoming increasingly critical to the future of global sport and gambling.
“The opportunity to help shape how organisations approach prevention, responsibility and long-term sustainability at scale is incredibly compelling. I’m excited to be joining at such a pivotal moment in the company’s journey.”
The appointment was said to mark a "significant" step in the next phase of international growth for Epic, as well as reflect the organisation’s goal to scale operations and deepen strategic partnerships with those conducting business in high-risk sectors.
In March 2026, a collaborative initiative involving the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL), William Hill and Epic continued to deliver safer gambling education to youth football players across the country.
Sessions are delivered by Epic using a “lived experience” approach, with former professional athletes such as footballers Marc Williams and Dominic Matteo sharing personal experiences related to gambling harm.
SCCG Management appointed Ivo Dimitrov as its new VP of Strategy and Operations on 4 May, where he will begin focusing on strategic advisory, go-to-market execution and partnership development
