The Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) has released the state's casino activity for October 2025, as total adjusted gross revenue (AGR) increased 9% to $164.9m, despite revenue generated from table games having fallen 3% year-over-year to $21.4m.

Only three properties accounted for over $20m of AGR throughout October 2025, including Ameristar St. Charles which produced $25.2m of revenue and grew 7%, representing the largest AGR of any Missouri casino for the period.

Hollywood Casino St. Louis and River City Casino recorded October 2025 revenues of just over $23m and $22.7m, respectively, equating to increases of 8% and 7% from the prior year period.

Argosy Casino managed to increase revenue by 7% to $13.3m, while Isle of Capri Boonville's October 2025 AGR increased 20% year-over-year to $7.9m. Century Casino Caruthersville witnessed significant 61% growth in October revenue to $4.9m, as Harrah's Kansas City reported $13.9m in AGR for an increase of 4%.

Not all facilities in Missouri reported increases in October revenue from the prior year period, however, as Century Casino Cape witnessed a decrease in AGR of 6% for a total of $5.4m. Bally's Kansas City also reported a decline in October revenue, as AGR fell 1% to $11.7m throughout the period.

Horseshoe St. Louis and Ameristar Kansas City reported October 2025 revenues of $13.1m and $16.8m, respectively, representing growth of 24% and 10%. Mark Twain Casino accounted for $2.9m of Missouri's total casino AGR and increased 18%, while St. Jo Frontier generated an additional $4.1m of revenue for growth of 12%.

The state also witnessed an increase in total slot revenue from the prior year period, as the gaming type produced $143.5m of AGR and grew 11%.

Hollywood Casino St. Louis and River City Casino were nearly tied in most slot revenue generated for October 2025, having reported $19.8m and $19.7m, respectively, for increases of 8% and 7% year-over-year.
