Ana Gaming has appointed Valmir Gomes as its new Corporate Strategy Director, adding another senior executive to its leadership team as the company continues expanding its operations in Brazil’s regulated betting market.

According to the company, Gomes will focus on long-term strategic planning, corporate governance, business performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

The executive arrives with more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, capital markets and investor relations. Ana Gaming said his background will support decision-making processes and help align strategic objectives with operational execution.

The company described the appointment as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its organizational structure during a period of growth and market consolidation.

"I'm very excited about this new challenge and the opportunity to contribute to building Ana Gaming's next chapters. I found a company with great growth potential, a strong culture and a genuine eye for innovation, data and excellence in execution," Gomes said.

Ana Gaming stated that the role will contribute to strengthening its governance framework while supporting the company’s future development plans.

The appointment follows a series of leadership and operational investments made by the company as Brazil’s regulated betting sector continues to mature.

Ana Gaming recently appointed Guilherme da Mata Fiorin as Sportsbook Superintendent. The executive joined the company after building his career in management and risk consulting before spending more than a decade in Brazil’s vehicle rental sector, working across finance, commercial governance, competitive intelligence and risk-based pricing.
