JCM Global has officially concluded its multi-year collaboration with Oklahoma’s Muscogee Nation following the debut of Coweta Casino & Hotel, which launched the supplier’s iVizion and ICB Intelligent Cashbox System.
The total number of casino games protected by iVizion bill validators reached nearly 6,800 after the debut, while each of the Tribe’s 10 Oklahoma properties have also launched JCM Global’s ICB system.
JCM Global’s Intelligent Cash Box system looks to eliminate human error, increase accuracy and raise compliance standards, while the iVizion validators heighten security by scanning the entire note or ticket – front and back – to help defeat counterfeiters
The supplier’s SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak spoke on the collaboration, having said, “We are honored and humbled with the ongoing trust and partnership Muscogee Nation places in JCM Global. They are dedicated to providing a fun atmosphere and first-rate customer service, and this extensive project to install both iVizion and ICB helps deliver on that commitment.
“This multi-year project further illustrates JCM’s commitment to being long-term partners with our customers, and we walk with them every step of the way on their technology roadmap.”
Muscogee Nation also partnered with Signature Systems to rollout the provider’s PDQ point-of-sale technology across its gaming establishments on March 30, featuring over 150 new terminals and self-service kiosks for employees.
The two entities originally began collaborating during December 2025 when Signature Systems first rolled out its point-of-sale technology across Muscogee Nation Casinos properties.
The full rollout is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with Muscogee Nation Casinos’ Coweta and Eufaula locations having been the first to receive installations.
