Cirsa completed a full refurbishment of Casino Rock & Jazz in Bogotá, covering the facade, ceilings, walls, carpeting and interiors
The casino is operated in Colombia by Winner Group, Cirsa's local subsidiary, which runs 78 venues across 30 cities in the country

Cirsa has completed the refurbishment of Casino Rock & Jazz in Bogotá, renovating the venue's facade, ceilings, walls, carpeting and interiors as part of an upgrade to the property.

The company described the refurbishment as part of its commitment to operational excellence and to creating spaces prepared to deliver what it called a top-tier leisure experience.

Cirsa published a video documenting the changes on its corporate social media channels.

Rock & Jazz occupies 1,200 square metres in Bogotá's Zona T, an area known for nightlife and entertainment venues.

The casino is operated by Winner Group, the company Cirsa Enterprises controls in Colombia, which was incorporated in Bogotá in 1997 and has since built the largest casino network in the country with 78 properties across 30 cities, including Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Bucaramanga.

Winner Group runs several casino brands in Colombia in addition to Rock & Jazz, among them Broadway, Hollywood, Havana, Río and Caribe. Rock & Jazz is positioned as a music focused property and held a relaunch event at the venue in April featuring a "Latte Sessions" format, combining live house music, food offerings and pre registered game tickets for slot machines and tables, which the operator said responds to changing entertainment preferences among younger consumers.

The Rock & Jazz renovation follows a series of investments by Winner Group in Colombia. In March 2024 the company acquired four casinos in Neiva, Armenia, Girardot and Palmira from GI San Pedro, and in February 2026 it relaunched Casino Broadway in the Centro Comercial Andino under a boutique casino concept, the first of its kind in the Colombian capital.
