Aguirre-Jugueta announced the move on LinkedIn, describing the position as the beginning of a new chapter in her career. Based in Ras Al Khaimah, she will lead the development of the resort's Private Access program, an invitation-only initiative designed to build long-term relationships with discerning non-gaming guests, influential individuals, and brand ambassadors.

According to her profile, the role will focus on creating highly personalized guest experiences through curated partnerships, tailored client strategies, and a service model centered on discretion, anticipation, and attention to detail.

Aguirre-Jugueta joins Wynn after nearly 10 years at Solaire Resort in the Philippines, where she held several senior leadership positions across retail, customer experience, and strategic partnerships. Most recently, she served as Vice President for Strategic Partnerships, overseeing collaborations across luxury retail, entertainment, and guest experience initiatives for the integrated resort.

Prior to that, she was Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of Retail, having also served as Director of Retail. During her tenure, she helped shape brand development initiatives and partnerships aimed at strengthening Solaire's luxury positioning and customer engagement.

Her appointment comes as Wynn Al Marjan Island continues to build its executive leadership team ahead of launch. The resort is expected to become the first integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates and will feature a hotel, gaming facilities, entertainment venues, retail, dining, and convention space.

The addition of a dedicated Private Access executive highlights Wynn's continued focus on developing premium hospitality offerings beyond gaming, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with high-value international guests and delivering personalized luxury experiences.
