With a background in copywriting, content marketing and localisation, she came into the role with solid writing experience, but quickly found that news writing is a whole new (and exciting) challenge.
Her main regional focus is Asia, covering markets like Macau, the Philippines, Malaysia and beyond. Through researching and writing daily stories, she’s gained a much deeper understanding of the gambling industry, especially how regulations, culture and business trends vary across regions.
Keih enjoys spotting unique angles in Asian news stories, particularly those not widely reported in English-language media. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay, she often references multilingual sources to help surface lesser-seen developments.
She’s passionate about clear, balanced storytelling – and while the deadlines are tight, she finds the pace both rewarding and motivating. Always open to feedback, she sees every article as a chance to improve and grow.
