Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced Wynn Oasis, a purpose-built residential community designed to establish a new standard for colleague living when it opens in Summer 2026. Developed by Wynn Design and Development, the community sits adjacent to Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard and reflects the operator’s focus on wellbeing and professional development.
Wynn Oasis will cover 105,267 square metres and accommodate more than 7,000 team members across 15 vertical residential communities. Housing has been designed to mirror guest hospitality standards with smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces and hotel-quality bedding provided alongside a weekly laundry service. All colleagues will have private bathrooms and access to fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities, as well as personal safes and curated welcome amenities.
A hotel-grade guest building, The Beach House, will be available for visiting families and supported by a concierge service. Daily life in the community will be centred on ease and connectivity with transport links to Wynn Al Marjan Island and weekend routes to local destinations. At the heart of the development will be The Pearl, a multi-amenity hub for fitness, social activities and wellbeing.
Residents will have access to a Technogym-equipped fitness centre, two swimming pools and a multi-purpose indoor sports arena in addition to a cinema, karaoke studio and e-sports lounge. On-site services will include retail outlets, medical facilities and grooming amenities. Dining will feature six in-house food and beverage outlets led by Wynn’s culinary team, including The Reef restaurant and Victory Sports Bar & Lounge, supported by four grab-and-go concepts.
Designed to foster community, Wynn Oasis will feature landscaped gardens, shaded walkways and La Rêve Plaza for outdoor events and cultural gatherings. The development will also include a one-kilometre running track and the fully integrated Wynn University campus offering training kitchens, laboratories and digital learning spaces.
Max Tappeiner, President, Wynn Al Marjan Island, said: "We believe that exceptional guest experiences begin with how we care for our people. Wynn Oasis reflects that belief in a very tangible way. Designed with the same rigor and attention to detail as our guest environments, it prioritizes wellbeing, connection, and personal development, because when our colleagues feel supported, they are empowered to deliver at the highest level. With the launch of Wynn Oasis, we will set a new global standard for how hospitality organizations invest in their people."
Wynn University, located within the community, will offer training kitchens, digital classrooms and specialist laboratories
