The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has reported the state’s total gaming activity for July 2026, as casino win, iGaming and sports wagering totaled $678.1m of revenue, representing an increase of 11.9%.
After seemingly being surpassed by iGaming in popularity amongst New Jersey gamblers, casino win managed to reclaim the top spot for revenue earners during July, totaling $304.2m and rising 7.1%.
iGaming was by no means a weak runner-up, however, accounting for $276.9m of revenue for the monthly period and increasing 12% year-over-year. Sports wagering reported the largest increase in revenue of any vertical, witnessing growth of 29.7% to $97m.

New Jersey slot machines generated $226.1m of revenue and increased 6.2%, while table game revenue climbed 9.5% to $78.1m. Other authorized games revenue totaled $274.4m of revenue for July and rose 12.2%, offsetting a 6.2% decrease in peer-to-peer game revenue to $2.6m.
Online sports betting accounted for $94.7m of the vertical’s total revenue for July, equating to growth of 25.5%, while retail betting reported $2.3m of revenue after witnessing a $680,018 loss during the prior year period.
Borgata Atlantic City generated the most casino win of any commercial property in New Jersey, rising 2.1% for a total of $81.6m. Hard Rock and Ocean Casino produced respectively July revenues of $57.3m and $52.2m, representing increases of 4% and 21%.
Caesars drove $25.3m of casino win in New Jersey and increased 34.6%, while Tropicana accounted for $23.3m of revenue and grew 1.8%. Harrah’s also managed to eclipse the $20m mark with $22m of revenue for July, having increased 7.8%.

Resorts generated $16.9m of revenue for growth of 0.6% year-over-year, followed by Golden Nugget which produced $13.4m and increased 3.7%. The only property in New Jersey to report a decrease in casino win was Bally’s, which fell 13.7% to $12.2m.
For iGaming, FanDuel and DraftKings led all operators with $61.7m and $48.1m of revenue, respectively, equating to an increase of 18.5% for FanDuel but a 1.2% decrease for the latter.
BetMGM increased iGaming revenue 10.1% to $34.6m, while Borgata Online revenue grew 13.3% to $22.6m. Caesars Palace revenue fell 4.3% to $18.6m, nearly beaten by Hard Rock Bet which grew 36.2% to $18.2m.
FanDuel also led operators in online sports betting revenue after generating $32.8m and increasing 22%, although DraftKings managed to grow revenue 21.8% for a total of $25.7m. BetFanatics was the only fellow operator to eclipse $10m for July, generating $10.6m and rising 33%.

New Jersey’s sports wagering handle totaled $816.9m for July, representing an increase of 23.6%. Baseball led individual sports in total wagers with $179.5m, even while the figure equates to a decrease of 10.6%.
On August 13, BetMGM formed a new partnership with Awager to integrate live-streamed slot titles onto the operator’s iCasino platforms in New Jersey, which are meant to replicate the “authenticity” of land-based titles.
Awager, currently serving as an Aristocrat company, will utilize its remote gaming technology to introduce titles such as Buffalo Ascension and Lightning Link to BetMGM and Borgata Online users in New Jersey.
