Bally’s Corporation has unveiled its financial results for Q2 and H1 2026, as revenue during both periods managed to increase year-over-year, assisted by strong performances from the operator’s Intralot B2B and B2C businesses.
For Q2 2026, revenue increased 20.5% to $792.2m, led by Bally’s casinos & resorts segment which accounted for just over $401m and rose 2%. North America Interactive revenue increased 16.9% during the quarterly period, reaching $66.1m.

Which sectors accounted for the most revenue during the quarterly period?
Bally’s Intralot B2B and B2C operations accounted for $79.5m and $243.5m of Q2 revenue, respectively, equating to growth of 1028.1% and 22.3%. Corporate & other operations produced $2.2m of revenue, having increased 33.7%.
In terms of adjusted EBITDAR, casino & resorts managed to increase 3.4% for a total of $109.6m, followed by Bally’s Intralot B2C which drove $64.7m of adjusted EBITDAR but decreased 13.9%.
Bally’s Intralot B2B operations reported adjusted EBITDAR growth of 211.3% to $21.9m, while North America Interactive adjusted EBITDAR rose 20.5% to nearly $3m.

Corporate & other adjusted EBITDAR resulted in a loss of $11.8m for the second quarter of 2026, although the sector still managed to improve from the $17.5m loss recorded during Q2 2025.
For the first-half period of 2026, Bally’s net revenue increased 22% to $1.55bn, with the operator’s casinos & resorts segment once again leading the way after generating $780.7m and rising 2.1%.
Bally’s Intralot B2C operations accounted for $483.4m of revenue during H1, representing an increase of 26.5%. Intralot B2B operations once again showcased significant growth, rising 880.5% to $153.4m. North America Interactive operations generated $126.5m of revenue and increased 22.8%, as corporate & other revenue 11.2% to $3.8m.

Despite the increases in revenue for both verticals, North America Interactive witnessed an adjusted EBITDAR loss of $4.1m and remained stagnant year-over-year, while corporate & other adjusted EBITDA resulted in a $24.1m loss but improved by 31.7%.
Casinos & resorts adjusted EBITDAR totaled $205.8m but fell 0.4%, as Bally’s Intralot B2C adjusted EBITDAR eclipsed $151.8m and increased 5.7%. Intralot B2B operations accounted for just over $37m of adjusted EBITDAR, representing growth of 136.7%.

On August 2, Bally's completed the acquisition of Sam's Town Shreveport from Boyd Gaming, adding to its regional gaming portfolio and expanding its presence across the Louisiana market.
