Interblock begins search for Global CFO to help lead supplier’s ‘next chapter’

According to a social media post from the supplier, Interblock Gaming has begun its search for a new Global CFO, seeking a candidate who will “do more than manage the numbers” and help lead the organization into its “next chapter.”

“Interblock has more than 35 years of history, a global presence and a reputation for innovation in gaming. We're proud of what Interblock has built. We're equally excited about what we're building now,” Interblock said. 

“We're looking for a CFO who will do more than manage the numbers. This person will help shape how we operate, invest in the strength of our teams and set the standard for how we execute as a global company.”

Interblock’s new Global CFO will also become a “trusted advisor” to CEO Kay Oswald and oversee financial strategy across international markets and business units.

The executive will be expected to oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Interblock's Board of Directors and leadership team, as well as treasury, accounting and tax strategy. 

Oswald was originally appointed as the supplier’s new CEO on July 21, taking over for John Connelly who chose to step down from the role in February. Connelly maintained the position since January 2015, while Oswald yields over 25 years of experience across a multitude of industries. 

Interblock confirmed its new Global CFO will “contribute to products and technology used around the world,” and have a “real voice” in how the supplier improves operations. 

On August 18, Interblock also announced the appointment of Kristin Bisignano as its new Chief People & Culture Officer, where she will utilize her prior experience to help drive employee wellness standards. 

Bisignano joins Interblock with over 20 years of experience in people leadership, having most recently served in the public transport industry as a Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer.
