Interblock Gaming has announced the appointment of Kristin Bisignano as its new Chief People & Culture Officer.
Indeed, this appointment marks the addition of People & Culture to the company’s C-Level executive team, signifying an enhanced focus on HR functions for Interblock. Bisignano joins the role with over 20 years of experience in people leadership, having most recently served in the public transport industry as a Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer.
As part of her new role, she will now utilize her prior experience to help drive employee wellness standards, alongside overseeing Interblock’s global HR strategy via the development of employee development and strategic initiatives.
Commenting on Bisignano’s appointment as part of its announcement on LinkedIn, Interblock stated: “This evolution reflects something we believe deeply: our people organization isn't just an administrative function — it's a strategic driver of business success. She brings a strong commitment to building thoughtful, well-governed people practices that support our teams and reinforce the integrity our company is built on.
“We're proud of the disciplined, people-first culture we've built at Interblock Gaming, and we're equally committed to strengthening it further as we grow. Kristin's addition to our leadership team reflects our ongoing investment in doing right by our people — and doing things the right way.”
This appointment comes at a pivotal juncture of change for the supplier, which announced the departure of long-term former CEO John Connelly in Q1 2026. Following a handover period during which Interblock was managed by Oaktree Managing Director Bala Ganesan, Kay Oswold was formally announced as Connelly’s successor last month, stepping in effective immediately.
Now, this additional executive appointment represents further change ahead of a busy period in which Interblock is set to debut a new G2E showroom in Las Vegas next month.
Interblock was originally founded as Elektroncek in Slovenia, 1989, as a developer of PCs and security systems
