Campaign supports Macau's efforts to diversify its international visitor base

Wynn Macau participated in a series of tourism promotion activities across Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia as part of a government-led initiative to attract more international visitors to Macau.

The events, organized by the Macao Government Tourism Office and the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute, included investment seminars, business inspections and exchanges with tourism industry representatives. Wynn joined other industry participants in promoting Macau's tourism offerings to the Southeast Asian market.

To coincide with the campaign, Wynn introduced travel packages worth more than MOP2m, featuring hotel accommodation, dining and entertainment experiences for visitors from Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

The operator also met with tourism and business representatives during the trip to discuss visitor trends, market demand and potential opportunities for future tourism and commercial cooperation between Macau and Southeast Asian markets.

Macau has been increasing its efforts to diversify its visitor base by expanding promotion in overseas markets, particularly across Asia, as part of its broader tourism development strategy.

Wynn said it will continue to support the Macau SAR Government's tourism initiatives through the development of new tourism products and by expanding its reach into international markets.

The regional campaign follows several recent announcements from the operator. Last week, Wynn Macau donated MOP5m to support emergency relief and reconstruction efforts following a mudslide in China's Xizang Autonomous Region.

The company also marked its 20th anniversary in Macau by announcing a one-time employee share award. Nearly 95% of its 11,660 full-time employees are eligible to receive shares, while more than 1,400 employees who joined when Wynn Macau opened in 2006 will each receive a commemorative share award valued at MOP50,000.
