Jumbo Interactive has announced that CFO Jatin Khosla will step down from his position to pursue another opportunity, with the lottery and prize draw operator beginning a process to appoint his replacement.
Khosla will remain with Jumbo Interactive for a transition period. The operator said its existing finance leadership team will provide continuity while the recruitment process takes place. No departure date or successor has been disclosed.
Khosla joined Jumbo Interactive in May 2021 as Head of Investor Relations before being appointed interim CFO in October 2023. He was subsequently confirmed as CFO, having previously held finance, strategy and investor relations positions in Australia and the UK.
His departure follows a period of international expansion for Jumbo Interactive, including its entry into the UK and US B2C prize draw markets through Dream Car Giveaways and Dream Giveaway. The two businesses were acquired in October 2025 and contributed AU$21.8m (US$15.21m) in underlying EBITDA during FY26.
For the year ended 30 June 2026, Jumbo Interactive reported revenue of AU$193.6m, up 33.2% year-on-year. Underlying EBITDA increased 24.8% to AU$85.2m, while statutory profit after tax fell to AU$34.6m from AU$40.2m.
The operator has also shifted its earnings mix beyond its Australian lottery operations. Its Dream Giveaways segment now sits alongside Lottery Retailing, SaaS and Managed Services, while its FY27 outlook targets international underlying EBITDA of AU$36m to AU$40m.
Jumbo Interactive Managing Director, CEO and Founder, Mike Veverka, said Khosla had played a role in the group's finance, capital markets, investor relations and M&A activity during his five years with the business.
The CFO transition also follows the resignation of a company secretary announced alongside Jumbo Interactive's FY26 reporting in August.
In October 2025, Jumbo Interactive completed its AU$55.4m acquisition of Dream Giveaway USA, establishing its first B2C prize draw operation in the US. The transaction followed its acquisition of UK-based Dream Car Giveaways and formed part of its diversification beyond traditional lottery operations.
Khosla initially joined Jumbo Interactive as Head of Investor Relations in 2021 before moving into the CFO position in 2023
