Okada Manila has opened an airport lounge for eligible members of its Reward Circle loyalty programme at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

The facility began operating on 10 October, extending the integrated resort’s member services to arriving travellers before they reach the property.

Located beside Arrival Bay Gate 5 in Terminal 3’s Arrival Hall, the lounge provides seating, complimentary refreshments and airport representatives who can assist with onward transfer arrangements.

Access is available to members in the Elite, Premium, Supreme and Maharlika tiers. Members must present their membership card and valid identification to use the facility.

Elite, Premium and Supreme members may bring one companion each, while Maharlika members can bring up to three.

The lounge operates daily from 7am to 11pm.

The resort announced the opening on 16 October, describing the facility as an additional travel benefit within Reward Circle.

Shirley Tam, Okada Manila’s CMO, said the lounge was intended to recognise members from the point of arrival and provide a place to rest before continuing to the resort.

The facility also serves as a meeting point for eligible members and their companions, with dedicated representatives available to help coordinate the next stage of their journey.

Guests can register for Reward Circle at the resort’s Membership & Rewards Counter or through its online registration service. Although joining the programme is free, registration alone does not provide access to the airport lounge.

The opening follows Okada Manila’s preliminary Q3 results, which showed gaming revenue rising 0.9% to PHP7.04bn ($112m) while adjusted EBITDA fell 13% to PHP962m.

The resort has also announced Disney Philippines-themed experiences scheduled to begin rolling out in Q4 2026.

Good to know

Reward Circle membership is free, but airport lounge access is restricted to qualifying tiers and subject to applicable terms and conditions
