Okada Manila will collaborate with Disney Philippines on a series of themed experiences
Disney-inspired dining, retail pop-ups and resort activations will begin rolling out in Q4 2026
The initiative is designed to broaden the resort's appeal to families and international visitors

Okada Manila has announced a new collaboration with Disney Philippines that will introduce Disney and Pixar-inspired experiences across the integrated resort. The partnership marks another step in the property's strategy to expand its entertainment offering beyond gaming and hospitality.

The partnership, scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, will bring themed dining concepts, retail pop-ups and other Disney-inspired activations to the Manila property. While specific details have yet to be unveiled, the resort said the experiences will be integrated across several parts of the property, including its dining, retail, leisure and family attractions.

The initiative reflects Okada Manila's broader strategy of enhancing its non-gaming attractions while attracting a wider range of visitors, including families, Disney fans and international tourists.

President and Chief Operating Officer Nobuki Sato said the collaboration combines Disney's globally recognised storytelling with Okada Manila's hospitality offering to create experiences that appeal across generations. He added that the partnership is intended to provide new reasons for both domestic and overseas visitors to choose the resort while supporting Manila's position as a tourism destination.

The integrated resort, operated by Universal Entertainment Group, has increasingly focused on diversifying its attractions alongside its gaming operations. Beyond its casino, the property features more than 40 restaurants, retail outlets, family entertainment facilities, meeting and convention spaces, wellness amenities and over 1,000 hotel rooms.

Okada Manila said the Disney collaboration aligns with its ongoing efforts to strengthen the Philippines' tourism offering through partnerships with internationally recognised brands. The company believes combining themed entertainment with its existing hospitality and leisure facilities will create additional appeal for guests seeking experiences beyond traditional resort amenities.

The announcement comes as integrated resorts across Asia continue investing in non-gaming attractions to broaden their customer base and encourage longer stays. By adding globally recognised intellectual property to its portfolio, Okada Manila is looking to further differentiate its destination offering while complementing its existing gaming, entertainment and hospitality operations.
