High Roller Technologies has made two appointments to its executive marketing staff, promoting Carlo Scappaticci as the operator's new CMO, as well as bringing on Frances Cong to serve in the Director of Marketing role.
As part of the CMO role, Scappaticci will lead the operator's marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement and growth initiatives as it continues expansion into new regulated markets.
"My focus is to deliver a user experience that is accessible, elegant and premium," Scappaticci said.
"With strong creative, smart segmentation and data-driven personalization, I am confident we will continue to execute as we focus on growing market share across all our operating segments."
Prior to joining High Roller as Managing Director of Canada in Q2 2025, Scappaticci was VP of Marketing for WynnBet and Pala Interactive, supporting the company's acquisition of Boyd Gaming in 2022.
"We're thrilled to promote Carlo to our corporate leadership team in this highly impactful role," High Roller CEO Seth Young said.
"Carlo brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior and offers a bold vision to strengthen our brand, accelerate growth and elevate the customer experience across all markets. His proven track record of success in driving innovative, data-driven marketing programs brings our leadership team from strength to strength."
Cong previously served in the Marketing Director and Client Relationship Manager positions for Boyd Interactive before joining High Roller in 2025.
Young officially became High Roller CEO on September 1, while former CEO Ben Clemes stepped down from the position to "devote more time to his family," but worked closely with Young to ensure a "smooth transition" of executive leadership.
Young formerly served in the Chief Strategy Officer position for High Roller, and previously oversaw strategic corporate development efforts for PointsBet under the CIO role.
High Roller launched Kassuuu, a new online casino brand tailored for the Finnish market, on September 10, incorporating localization strategies such as a Finnish-language interface and weekly promotional cycles
