Ainsworth Game Technology has appointed Randi Ingram as its new SVP of Sales and Service for North America, where she will now "spearhead" the supplier's sales, service and customer engagement efforts across the region.

"We are thrilled to welcome Randi to the Ainsworth team and look forward to her contributions," Ainsworth Acting CEO Ryan Comstock said.

"Her proven track record, industry insight and strong relationships will be an important step in providing innovative slot content and technology in North America."

Comstock was named Acting CEO following Harald Neumann's resignation on October 15, stemming from a 2019 investigation conducted by Austrian authorities.

The former Ainsworth COO officially transitioned to the position after the Nevada Gaming Control Board recommended Neumann's gambling license be withdrawn.

Ingram most recently served as Senior Director of Sales and Strategic Accounts for International Game Technology (IGT), where she led key relationships and drove "significant" growth across major customers and markets.

She also held positions with Aristocrat Gaming and Everi Holdings prior to joining IGT, where Ingram oversaw major sales initiatives and helped build successful commercial product pipelines.

"I'm excited to join Ainsworth and believe my experience can have a positive impact on the company's vision and objectives," Ingram said.

"I look forward to working with the Ainsworth team and our customers to drive meaningful progress."

Before taking on the supplier-focused positions, Ingram also served as VP of Game Development and Slot Product Strategy for Caesars Entertainment, said to provide a "comprehensive understanding" of operator needs, player behavior and market dynamics.

Ingram's appointment "underscores Ainsworth's commitment" to improving partnerships and providing creative product portfolios for customers throughout North America.
